Fushun is supplying Stainless Steel Wire for Spring with excellent mechanical properties (advanced surface, cast & helix control) for a uniformity of spring forming, our spring wire is manufactured under the strict quality control from wire rod to final products with suitable coating treatment classified by the usages.
Standard delivery forms are:
Coils with weight up to 150 kg
Spools of various types with wire weight up to 1,000 kg
Compact coils with weight up to 1,200 kg
Straightened lengths up to 4 m
904L stainless steel combines molybdenum and copper with iron for tremendously increased resistance to reducing acids like sulphuric acid. It stands up extremely well to chlorides in the environment for low pitting and crevice corrosion, as well as stress corrosion cracking. 904L type for use in severe corrosive environments, including environments with high chloride content and acids. The grade is recommended for springs which will operate in extremely corrosive conditions. Service temperature: -200 to 300 C (-330 to 570 F)

Grade 904L stainless steels offer good oxidation resistance. However, the structural stability of this grade collapses at high temperatures, particularly above 400°C.
Grade 904L stainless steels can be solution heat-treated at 1090 to 1175°C, following by rapid cooling. Thermal treatment is suitable for hardening these grades.
Where a level of resistance to pitting corrosion better than 316 is required 904L stainless steel may be suitable. With its high nickel content at 25% it offers improved resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking compared to other austenitic grades such as 304.
